Cleaning duty system
As of 2022, SUZUEI does not impose cleaning and common service charges on the rent. All residents take turns cleaning the common areas of the facility where everyone lives.
We hope that by having residents do their own cleaning, they will not only keep their rent down, but also increase their awareness of how to keep the facility clean.
In addition, if the cleaning system by the residents does not work well, depending on the future situation, it is possible that the cleaning common service fee will be collected and the work will be outsourced.
１）日常清掃
使って汚したら都度清掃。
２）当番清掃
2－1) 実施頻度
週１（1時間程度）を目安に、担当範囲を清掃。日常清掃では対応できない部分まで実施。長期外出等で対応できない場合は管理者にご連絡ください。
2-2）ローテーションと担当エリア
1～3か月に１度担当エリアをチェンジ。詳細は担当者に別途連絡。
2-3）清掃実施、報告の流れ
１）週１（1時間）を目安に担当エリアを清掃。
２）毎月20日～25日の間に、清掃実施状況を1～100までの自己評価とともに管理者にLINEで報告。
３）管理者が確認（翌月支払い家賃から清掃割引等を減免する場合は通知）

Precautions etc.
Daily cleaning should be done by each resident. Cleaning should be done at least once a week as a guide, and please include areas that cannot be cleaned on a daily basis.
In addition, if you are unable to clean the room due to reasons such as going out, you will be asked to pay a cleaning fee of 2,000 yen per week, and the administrator will ask another resident to do the cleaning.
